On Sept 22nd, I was doing a benefit ride around Grant Co. with the Hardchargers MC club and developed an electrical problem with my 2015 SG. Pulled into Brandt's at 3pm. Talked to Donnie in service. He immediately pulled my bike into the shop. Andrew joined Donnie with the trouble shooting of my problem. They took care of my immediate issue enough so that the bike performed fine. My Boombox has an internal issue that I will look into later. Thanks to Andrew and Donnie in service to get me back on the road quickly in an hour.

Customer service..... Between my family and friends, we have purchased probably 12-13 bikes from Brandt's since I retired in 2010 .... 2 are mine. Between Dean and the rest of the sales staff, Kevin, Ian and the parts dept, and Ben, Dan, Jason and the service guys.... We all keep going back! There have been times I'm sure, when myself and friends have had way too many questions, or needed something yesterday, or were just a pain! ...but the staff always took time to deal with our issues with courtesy and honesty. It may not always be the answer we wanted but, the honest answers build a trust. I hear a lot about customers not trusting their local dealerships, I guess that is why people drive so far to do business at Brandt's..........

I will make this easy. I have diabetic neuropathy and have had trouble riding my 2014 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited. Jayne and I rented the 2016 Triglide and went on a trip this past summer. After the return of the bike I told them to give me a call when the bike came off of the rental program.Last week they gave me a call and we went up to take a look. The price was right (even though I told RAY to give me a better deal). Got a fair price for my bike and the rest is history. From our salesman RAY, and the rest of the people from service to finance we could not have asked for a nicer group of people. We had no local loyalty because we had bought our bike in Sturgis so finding a place to call home is now easy.Thanks to everyone involved in this experience.!!!!!!!

My first contact with Brandts was in 1993 when I road in on a rice burner. They treated me like I was their best customer. Life has never been the same. My first time riding a HD was on that same day. I have been riding MC for 49 yrs. If I new prior to that day how good a HD handled I would switched yrs.sooner. In July of 1993 Brandts sold me a 1994 Heritage after waiting ONLY 2 wks. The first year I owned that bike I was afraid to put a wrench on it, so I would ride 160 miles round trip to have it serviced. Years later when Brandts had their open house I was there with my brother in law . Mike Brandt walked up and spoke to him then my brother in law turned to me and said to Mike, " Do you know this guy ? " referring to me . Mike, " said " sure and called me by my name and said, " you live up north in Knox . " That might not seem like much to those reading this, but I had not seen Mike in 5 years ! Now I am riding a 2014 Tri Glide from Brandt's in Wabash . It is hard to find the all around quality you feel and get when you go to one of Mike's dealer ships . Just had my 2012 Heritage at Brandts to get it mapped and have a new intake installed. This was my first time havering work done at Brandts and upon arrival I was treated like I have always had my work done at Brandts. Dan went over everything that I wanted done. I was contacted the next day when my bike was done. When I went to get my bike Ben explained all that was done. Brandts has a great CS and with the experience I had I will continue, Now, to have all my work done at Brandts.

We actually rode into the dealership for sunglasses and left with a new 2014 Ultra. We were not even shopping for a new bike, now that's funny. The sun glasses would of been cheaper but the Ultra rides better.
A great staff to deal with, and I will be back for my next bike.

Killer Dealership..There is one closer to home but I choose to go to Brandts becouse I like the staff and found them very helpfull when I bought my first Harley on the first of March..I will alway take my bike needs to them first.

I purchased my 2012 FLSTC at another dealer and had that warm, fuzzy feeling that they were going to take good care of me. I was a little troubled at first when I had the 1000 mile service done at the other dealership and noticed dirty oil dripping by the filter, plus dirty fingerprints on the fuel tank. Then on my way home I noticed a large blob of grease on my jeans where the steering neck had been way over greased and not wiped clean. Needless to say I was less than impressed. Deciding to visit your dealership in June 2013 was the one of the best decisions I have ever made. Since then we have purchased a used 2007 Sportster for my son & bought several accessories, parts and clothing items from both the Wabash & Marion stores. Not to take away from any of the other departments, because they are FANTASTIC, but the service department is what prompted me to do this survey.I had the 5K service performed on my 2012 FLSTC at the Wabash dealership on 9/18/2013, and all I can say is WOW! I have never seen such attention to detail. The area around the oil filter was spotless, ALL the excess grease was wiped from the neck, including the grease zerk. The bike was even cleaner than when I dropped it off! Everything that I had requested to be done was performed with the utmost attention to detail. Dan even recommended switching to Bel-Ray trans fluid as he ran it in his personal bike, and I must say I have already noticed a difference in the shifting & it did quieten the trans down over the SYN3 I was using just like he said it would. You now have a customer for life. We are looking into a touring bike in the next year or so, and plan on possibly renting one before we buy to make sure it is what we are looking for. There is absolutely no question in my mind where I will purchase my next Harley. Brandt's sets the standard by which all dealerships should strive to achieve. You go WELL above and beyond the call of duty to make sure your customers are taken care of. Life is stressful enough as it is, thanks for making owning a Harley that much easier...Thanks for your time...Steve Williams
